Jack Daniels Ribs EN
For many years my husband and I enjoyed these delicious pork Ribs with Jack Daniels sauce at a well-known American restaurant.
The truth is that I thought it would be very difficult to cook them and that is why although I searched for the recipe I did not believe that it would be so tasty as at the restaurant and I did not dare it !!
My husband dared to make the sauce for the first time and he surprised me!! It was the same!!
After many efforts we found the way to cook the ribs properly and it became our specialty!
It is really a delicious dish that will excite even your most demanding guest unless if he is my brother who always says that my ribs are good but the restaurant's is better!!! Betrayal!!! Nevertheless, his family loves and enjoys them!!
For this recipe you will need:
1 dose of Jack Daniels sauce (I always make a quadruple dose.
2 pieces of pork ribs
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 170° C.
Clean the ribs as much as possible from the fat.
Mix all the spices and rub the ribs.
Wrap them in backing paper and then in aluminum foil.
Bake at 170°C for 2 1/2 hours.
When 2 1/2 hours have passed, open the packages and with a brush glaze the ribs on both sides with the sauce.
Put them back in the oven with the grill on to golden brown for about 5 minutes.
Serve with extra sauce and french fries, baked or mashed potatoes and with a cocktail Margarita.
