Roasted cabbage EN
The perfect salad and amazing meat accompaniment.
Ingredients for 6 servings
1 cabbage
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon pepper
In a small bowl, mix the salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the cabbage into slices of about 1 1/2 - 2 cm (I get about 6 large slices and 2 small).
Place baking sheet in 2 oven trays.
Place the cabbage slices on top and brush them with oil.
Sprinkle with half of the spice mixture.
Turn the cabbage slices, brush them with oil and sprinkle again with the spices.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until browned. Turn the slices, brush them with a brush to spread the spices well and bake for another 15 - 20' or until well browned.
